Day 146
I like it very much when we are spontaneous. Actually, we just wanted to visit the academy and then continue home. But right near the academy we discovered a beautiful, idyllic fishing village.
We asked the inhabitants if it would be possible to get a place to stay here for the night and we were lucky! A cute little cottage was free for one night. I think we will now get an ale or wine from the village tavern and then fall into bed.
Day 147
Okay, the night wasn’t very restful. We were woken up by the screaming of seagulls, which was nice, but the beds were totally uncomfortable. Luckily we are only one night in this cottage.
After we had breakfast, we went for a walk around the village, it’s really idyllic here. In the tavern at the seaside, we asked the barkeeper what he could recommend to us and he told us about an abandoned cave right at the cliff near the academy.
